I am writing this letter to inform you about the unexpected problem that has arisen so I have to go back home, and would you give me refund my amount. I am Manpreet Kaur, I am currently taking english classes from your institute, XYZ.

Last week, I joined your 12 week english course which is quite beneficial for me to enhance my speaking skills. The amount of this course is 12000. I want to emphasize more on me to gain knowledge from this course. Unfortunately, I received a call from father, I said that my mother is not well due to the high fever. He need my help to take care because no one else there to look after my mom. I kindly request you refund the remaining amount of the course that i will unable to attend classes, I already know this is againist the institution policy. Additionally, I would like to enroll again in the same course after two months. I know english class is quite important for me to speak fluently.

Could you please provide information on whether it will be possible for me to enroll. I hope you will look into the matter and help me out with the refund for non-attending classes.
