Dear Manger,
I Hope you are doing great. I am writing this letter to address about the loss of my valuable ring during my journey through one of your train. On 8th June, I travel from city A to city B through your business class compartment. I placed my ring at the small corner table right next to my seat while having meal onboard. I forget to retrieve my ring and realized it until, I lefted the train station.
The ring holds sentimental value in my life. Therefore, I would appreciate your assistance in locating the item. Firstly, I request that your staff check through lost and found department. Secondly, to review through surveillance cameras to find out either it was lost or might be taken by someone.
Furthermore, the staffs should provide small pouches where customer can place their valuable items for safety during their journey. Thank you for your attention on this matter. I look forward to your response.
Your sincerely,
X.Y.Z
