Dear sir, madam,

I stayed in Grand Hotel on september 5th 2026 Room number 505 with the booking reference number BH578999, checked in at 12 pm and stayed for two nights and checked out after breakfast.

Unfortunately, I have left my laptop and the charger it should be on the table next to the bed. Since its my work laptop I have all my presenation and projects saved in it. However, during my vacation I have prepared a presentation which I have to present by this week. Additionally, the charger is specifically designed for this brand of the computer and it will not work without it. Therefore, it is really important that I get my charger and the laptop.

I would really appreciate if you could look into this matter, and if it is located please email me , so I can come and pick it up.
