Hi SIr,

My name is Ramneet Kaur, I am resident of the town for the last 5 years. I am writing this letter to show my keen interest in volunteer position that is posted on your facebook page yesterday. I am a student studying bachelors in arts at the local college and was a financial secretry at similar fundraising event that held at the downtown Church last year.

Since as an arts student I can assist with making of creative horading and boards for the organisation. Also I can help with the funds or other related tasks, cause I was an accountant for 2 years for the local pharmacy. Moreover, I have good connections and reputation in the neighbourhood, so folks, can trust us to donate more and more without hesitating. I am available after 5 pm during weekdays and on weekends, cause I have classes in the mornings.I will be really pleased to help your non-profitable company.
