Dear Mr Smith,

I am writing in regards of the imformation that your company provided me for my Bangalore tour, some details were not accurate and has caused me a great deal of inconvenience. I had asked for details for Bangalore and the Wonderla – amusement park.

Of all the information provided by your team, the one regarding commute from Bangalore to the amusement park was incorrect. They informed me that the corporation buses run every monrning, but the bus service had been stopped for over a month. Moreover, the ticket prices of the water rides were inaccurately mentioned.

Owing to the wrong information, I was obligated to pay exorbitant amount of taxi fare to and fro the amusement park. Likewise, for the water rides, we were charged with the latest price which were far higher than what your company had given. We were seventeen people and the aditional money adds up to a significant amount.

Such a misguidence is unacceptable from a reputed company like yours. I hope there will be amends surrounding this issue.
