Dear Sir,

My name is Navdeep Kaur, a frequent user of your tourist guide services. Although, every time I got reliable information from your your guides yet, during my recent excursion to Jaipur, the guides delivered an incorrect information regarding the time schedule of sightseeing as well as the accommodation available. Hence, I am writingthis letter to express my dissatisfaction regarding this.

My family members and I booked a three days trip to Jaipur and before exploring the city I approached your tourist guide company in order to know about the hotels suitable to my budget. Thus, they recommended hotel Dpark as it was cheaper according to them. However, when ai returned back home, one of my relatives told me about other government hotels which are available on half of the price of Dpark hotel. I was really pissed off as I overspent on hotel charges. Secondly, your staff told me that all the forts are open for whole week howbeit, when we reached Amwr fort, we got to know that this attraction is closed on Saturdays. Unfortunately, we could not see the place as we had to return back on the same Evening. Hence, all these incorrect information caused us great inconvenience.

At last, I must say that you should look into this matter and firmly reprimand your staff against doing such malpractices so that other touriats are not misguided in future.

Yours faithfully,

Navdeep Kaur.
