Dear Sarah,

I hope you’re doing well! I’ve just returned from an amazing vacation in Italy and had to tell you about it.

I visited Rome, Florence, and Venice. Rome’s ancient ruins were fascinating — especially the Colosseum and the Roman Forum. In Florence, I loved the art museums and seeing Michelangelo’s David. But Venice was my favorite. The canals, gondolas, and beautiful architecture made it feel like a fairy tale.

One funny moment happened in Venice: I got on what I thought was a water taxi, but it turned out to be a delivery boat! The driver was really friendly and gave me a short ride before dropping me off. We both laughed a lot about it.

I’ve taken tons of photos and have more stories to tell. How about meeting this Saturday afternoon for coffee? Let me know if that works for you.
