Dear sir, madam

I am writing this letter about facing the noise problem, with redards to next door neighbour.

I have been living there last two years and t have never faced any problems but a few months ago i faced the noise probems which easily distract me from my study because me final exam is near and also put lot of stress on my mind beacuse i cant talk with someone.

However, i cant sleep during night because they attend late night parties with full of noise, but also disturbed my ability of concentrate and relax during my day time, because of this i cannot focus on my studies.

lastly, i wold recommended that you should provide implement quiet hours 10:00 pm, and you should inform the council community to solve this issues. In addition, if someone dont follow the rules and regulations government should pay the fine for the people so they can provide the quiet environment for everyone.
