Dear Rabia Fatima,

I am safe and sound here, and I believe you are in a similar situation. I am writing to sincerely apologize for forgetting to feed your pet when you were away. Unfortunately, I missed one day of feeding as a result, your pet became unwell.

Furthermore, the reason I forgot that I had an unexpectedly busy day at work and returned home very late. I was more tired and missed the feeding schedule. Although it was unintentional, but I understand that I was responsible for taking care of your hens and cat. Therefore, I deeply regret my mistake.

Moreover, I am truly sorry for causing harm to your beloved tame animal. Further, I will do anything that I can make to things right. However, I am willing to take a pet veterinarian, pay for treatment and medicine.

So, in the future I will set the reminder alarm on my phone and prepare written nourished schedule that this does not happen again.
