Dear Sir,

I am writing this letter to inform you regarding a tranning which was taken place earlier this week.

On the first hand,the main subject of this tranning is about health and saftey awarness and implementation at thermal power plant.The venue was at chen one hotel lahore pakistan.In addtion the trainer was a quite professinal as well as his way of teaching is excellent.The core idea of that tranning is first aid at plant site in case of any incedent. It would be play a crucial role in our career.Moreover, its imporve our work effeiciency at work place and minimise injuries during operation and maintenance of our thermal station.Furthermore, now we able to handle any emergeny situation at our work site and home. They provide us a first aid kit which also useful.

On the other hand, some of our staff did not attent this session they missed a golden chance because they stuck in traffic and pretty late as well as many of them not related our plant.

I would kindly request you to arrange another session for them.I hope you will look into this matter promptly.
