Dear Mr. Sinclair,
I am writing to give a report on the training for new recruits which I recently had the privillege of attending. The course centred on work ethics and professsionalizm in the work space, and it was truly mind-opening. All representatives were assigned into groups of six persons that made networking easier and more rewarding.
As you know, I got offered the position of executive assistant to the CEO of this company straight out of college, and having the opportunity of attending a training of this magnitude aimed at preparing me for an immersive induction into the workforce, especially with regards to managing stress and overcoming challenges, is a welcome development and indeed something I value greatly.
Additionally,I would like to state that it came to my notice last week during the general staff meeting, that the company intends to send other employes on other training courses using the same agency (Brit Fair and co.). Although they have poven to be efficient in their duties, I do not believe that they offer courses outside the puview of new recuits, as such, might prove unsuitable for other staff members.
Thank you again for this enricing expereince, I look forward to making valuable contributions to the company.
Regards,
Oladele Amarachi
