Dear Sir or Madam,
I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the training course that I recently attended regarding maintenance and safety.
The course covered essensial topics such as workplace safety, equipment maintenance, and troubleshooting techniques. I particularly enjoyed the pratical demonstrations, as they helped me understand how to deal with commun technical problems. In addition, the trainer was knowledgeable and explained the concepts clearly.
However, I experienced a few problems during the course. Fristly, there were too many participants, which meant that everyone had very littel opportunity to take part in the practical sessions. Secondly, some of the training equipment was outdated and did not function proprely, making it difficult to parctise the skills we had learned.
I would like to suggest reducing the number of participants in each session and providing more up-to-date equipment. I also hope that appropriate measures will be taken to ensure a higher level of service in the future.
I hope you will consider my suggestions. I look forward to hearing your response.
Yours faithfully,
Goudjil
