Dear Mykaela,
I hope you are doing well! I am writing this letter to let you know that the valuable item I borrowed from you got damaged by mistake.
The tall aquatic blue vase with glass flower design on it’s outer layer. It was broken yesterday night. I remember you talking about it and how precious it was to you. You got it shipped from United Kingdom and also paid duty fees for the item. Now, the vase is in two piece and both pieces have cracks on them.
I truly apologise for this situation, and I was not expecting this at all. Yesterday, there was a family get together at my place. We were all partying and dancing and I was serving drinks to everyone; I had tray in my hand and got pushed by one of my cousin so my hand reached to the table were the pot was, for some support. Hence, the vase was pushed from the pressure of my hand and it fell down.
Again, I am really sorry that this happend; it was all my fault. I would like to offer you a compensation for the vase or I can place an order for replacing the pot with a new one.
Yours faithfully,
Yesha
