Dear Mr.Brown,
I am writing to express my sincere apology for accidentally damaging the vacuum cleaner that I borrowed from you yesterday.
Today, when I was using the vacuum cleaner this morning to clean my garage, I noticed it was not working properly. Then I checked the machine and tried to switch it on again, but this time it was making a loud noise. After a few minutes, I figured out that I had some issues with voltage in my garage, which damaged the vacuum cleaner. I feel genuinely sorry for causing this inconvenience.
I’ve already taken the vacuum cleaner to a repair shop, and the technician assured me it can be fixed within two days. If, however, it cannot be repaired properly, I’ll gladly buy you a new one of the same model. Please accept my sincere apologies once again for the trouble.
Thank you very much for your understanding and kindness.
Yours sincerely,
Ananya Mahbub Sanchita
