Dear friend,

I hope this message reaches you well. Its come to my attention that I had borrowed that pink sparkly dress from you couple weeks ago .Yesterday I was preparing to package it and ship it back to you. Until something unexpected happened.

As I was packing the dress for you and putting it in an elegant box,out of nowhere I heard a loud tear coming through the box. Turns out the dress teared up a little bit. It teared up from the front so it was so obvious and seenable.

Im really ashamed from myself. I was suggesting to go fix the tear if thats ok with you or I could return the whole price of the dress to you. I hope you get this message and reply to it.
