Dear Sir/Madam,
I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to kindly report my disatisfaction regarding a product that I bougth in your store. The laptop, which I purchased before, has a scratch on the back of the screen and there are missing items such as the charger. Unfortunately, I only realized this problem when I was unboxing the product at home.
The laptop model is from Asus brand, exactly the new model of M-series with 525 Giga Bytes storage and 16 Giga Bytes RAM. I purchased this gadget in Zero Computer located at 64 Park Street, Scone, on Mei 15th.
Furthermore, the issue, scratched cover and missing accesories, was deeply serious. I lose my charging adapter and the flashdisk, a free additional product.
Irrespective of the disatisfaction, I need your help to give me the missing ones or allow me to change with a new product in advance.
