My name is Hannah Smith and I made a purchase recently at your household equipment store in Abuja. I got the Silvercrest blender of 10litres capacity five days ago priced at 56,000 naira.
Upon testing of the blender, it did come on but the roller blades were dysfunctional. It did not blend or mince the vegetables that were kept in it, instead it kept on making funny sounds when the knob was turned to function. I phoned the store the next day to inform them about the incident and I was displeased about the turn of events.
The store phone was answered by the male customer representative and I thoroughly explained the issues I had with the blender. There was a delay in feedback as I was put on hold while he spoke to the staff at the store. He later mentioned that there were no defects with the blender before sale and he would get back to me on the process of having the equipment sent back to the store for inspections. I have not gotten any information regarding that, yet.
However, I would really appreciate if you can have it replaced for me when I come to the store tomorrow. Also, the new equipment should be verified and tested by you before replacement with the old one. Thank you very much for your assistance. I hope this problem gets to a resolve.
