Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing this regards to the microwave which is not working.
My name is Ramandeep Singh and i am 28 years old ,and i live in cornwall town on edgar street. I usally buy all electronics from the bestbuy on pitt street that is managed by you, and yesterday i bought a microwave from your store that is not funtionally properly. It make sound like its working but, the food remains cold netherless how long I set the timer.I looked into the product but no physical damage can be seen and its wiring is also in execllent condition.
I called the yesterday to let staff know about the situation ,and asked for a solution but, they did not gave me any answer and instad, they are trying toput the blame on me as, they think i must have done some damage. I even told them about the 15 days warranty but they were not friendly or supportive about my complaint.
I would like to request a replacement for my microwave as it is still under 15 days warranty and also, the staff should be trained to to resolve customer issues with good behaviour.I have all my warranty card and the equipment with the box and, it should be exchanged with another one as i am entitled to get it.
