I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my dissatisfaction regarding the mixer grinder that I purchased from your store.
Although, I was initially satisfied and content with the product at the store, I was extremely disappointed when I tested it at my home. The issue with the product was that the blade of the mixer suddenly broke while I was preparing an apple juice in it.
Upon complaining the issue faced to one of your staff and requesting for a replacement, I was told that the equipment would not be replaced. Despite showing the warranty card, they simply ignored my request without any logical explanation. I also asked them to escalate this problem to the manager And they told me that the manager will be reaching out soon, but I did not receive any confirmation.
Therefore, I am directly writing to you and I request you for a replacement within next two days as I have been waiting for too long for it to be exchanged. Moreover, I would also request you to train your staff with appropriate etiquette while dealing with customers.
