I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the mixer grinder I purchased from your store.
Although I was initially satisfied with the product at the store, I was extremely disappointed when I tested it at home. The issue arose when the blade of the mixer suddenly broke while I was preparing apple juice.
After reporting the issue to one of your staff members and requesting a replacement, I was informed that the equipment would not be replaced. Despite presenting my warranty card, my request was simply ignored without any logical explanation. I also asked for the issue to be escalated to the manager, and I was told that the manager would reach out to me soon, but I have yet to receive any confirmation.
Therefore, I am writing to you directly to request a replacement within the next two days, as I have been waiting for too long for this exchange. Additionally, I would appreciate it if you could provide your staff with training on proper customer service etiquette.
