The reason why I addressing you has to do express my concern about the microwave I bought recently from your shop didn’t work also proposing you to tackle this issue.
From the first day of use,the microwave which I bought from your shop didn’t work properly and heat system has also problem.Additionally,it has loud noise from inside.Because of these issues this applience is not usable for daily cooking.
After one day ,I phoned to your shop to report these problems ,however no action was taken .They said me all the time “We try to fix it” but nothing has happened.I would like it if you could do full refund or a replacement for a faulty microwave as soon as possible.I wait your prompt response.
