I am writing this letter to inform you about the problem I had after I bought the fridge and didn’t work from your shop.
the problem that I bought this fridge from 1 month. when it arrived and your technical team installed it in my kitchen and it was working good till night it stopped working, the temperature of it went too high and never came back down again.
next day I tried to contact with customer service of your shop and I called them. they took my information and asked me couple of questions about the problem then they told me that they were going to contact me as soon as possible.
i hope that you can contact your branch and figure out what is the problem with them to solve my complain. I want either to have a new fridge or to take the one I have and refund my money back.
