Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing to complain about the air fryer I purchased for my kitchen at your shop last week,which did not start up after connecting to electricity. I called the customer care service via the telephone number on the product with no positive response.
I am very sure that the equipment was sold to me that way because I did not test run it before leaving, and went home directly because I was running late for dinner. While making the food, I decided to use it just to notice that it refused to switch on even after following the manuals instruction.
Immediately, I called the shop but got no response because it was already late. The next morning, around8am, I called again and the receptionist promised to get back to me but I never got any reply, which made me extremely disappointed.
I kindly request that the faulty air fryer be replaced with a new one if possible or I get a refund.
I will be grateful if I get a quick response.
