My name is Uzoma Vivien. I recently purchased a 5-liter air fryer with batch number 12AHJ from one of your outlets, the branch in Ikoyi to be precise. There seems to be a problem with the heating system of the gadget. It heated up for a few minutes when I tried using it and then stopped working all of a sudden. The power button is coming on, however, no heat is being produced to cook my food.
The receptionist told me that the gadget has a 1-year warranty just before I bought it. Therefore, I called your office line that was printed on my payment receipt. The call was answered by a Miss Sarah, who identified herself as the sales representative. She assured me she would send a technician over to my house to ascertain what the problem was with the air fryer. It has been three days and she has neither sent the technician nor answered my calls.
In view of this current development, I am using this medium to demand an immediate response to my current predicament or a total refund within 7 working days. Thank you as I await your favorable consideration and reply.
