I am writing this letter to let you know how was my experience after I bought a air-fryer from your shop. I had purshased it last week for $225, whereas, when I reached home in full of excitment, I opened it to show to my family but it didnot worked. I had tried numerous times to operate it and had followed all the instructions still everything seems useless. Then, my husband suggested to make a phone call to check, if I am doing something wrong.
Moreover, when someone picked up the call after my several attempts, that person hang up by saying, “if anything important come to shop” without even listening to me.
At last, I want to return my equipment adding to this, I want full refund. I would like to return this item to you, when I come to your shop. Let me know when I can come to shop. According to my point of view, your staff cold be more co-operative with customers.
