Dear sir/Madam,
I am writing to complain you about the defected equipment which i purchased from your online official website.
I recently bought a baking oven for my kitchen. I ordered it online because I trusted your brand very much. After recieving, when I switched it on the fumes started coming out of it. However, I removed cable very quickly. I think that there is issue with it wiring.
Afterwards, I searched a number for online customer service, I have dialed it several times but did not get any reply from the manager or any other staff member. So that I feel very disappointed as well anxious because of this unproffessional behaviour.
I would like to exchange that product with new one. If it is not possible than do return me my money. Now it depends on your response, If you would suggest to exchange it, then do inform me about outlet, where I come.
