Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the product and service I received from your store. Last week Tuesday, I visited your store to purchase a Microwave, but when it arrived the heating was not functioning.
Firstly, I called your customer service on the phone number provided on your online website, it took about thirty minutes for one of your agents to connect with me. I must mention that she was not polite on the call. For instance, she did not allow me to express my concern totally and she was not showing any form of empathy. Moreover, she was unable to assist me and instead connected me with another agent who also could not find a solution for my complaints.
In addition, I would like to ask if I could get a full refund or the exact replacement for the Microwave delivered to me as soon as possible. I would appreciate it if you could look into my request with top priority.
