Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing this letter to lodge a complaint regarding a fridge that I purchased on February 10th from your outlet. When I identified the issue, I directly approached a salesman and explained the situation. Unfortunately, I have not received any follow-up from the shop.
I bought a two-door fridge of the latest model. Although it has several advantages, the freezer is not functioning properly and is not able to reach its maximum freezing capacity. Due to this, the quality and longevity of the food items stored in the fridge have been affected.
I request a replacement with the same features or a repair. If this is not possible, I would like to receive a refund for the purchased item.
I hope you will make the necessary arrangements to address this issue promptly.
