I am writing this letter to inform you about the malfunction with the blender that I recently bought from your shop on the 25th of April 2026.
I used the blender to grind condiments and blend fruits and vegetables, but unfortunately, the blade does not rotate properly and stops from time to time. I tried various switchboards, but the problem was the same.
I called to your shop and informed them about the product. But they informed file a complaint online, and they will address it after 10 business days. However, I was not called or emailed what the next step. I am so disappointed and worried about your company’s procedure.
I would like to request that you replace the blender with a new one for my purchase or repair the one I bought as soon as possible. Because it will be more hassle-free to do my household work without any problems.
