Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to convey my unhappiness with a blender machine I bought from your site and with the subsequent inadequate customer care. I’m expecting you’ll repair the defective goods and also improve your customer service.
I bought a ‘White Line’ blender from your Madison Avenue shop last week. After I took it home and attempted to prepare a smoothie in it, the blades were blocked and have not functioned correctly since, despite my thorough cleaning. I phoned customer service in amazement and astonishment, but was informed by the salesperson that she could do nothing about it since she is not liable for any issues that may develop after purchasing the merchandise. Due to the fact that this transaction cost me a little sum, I’ve been excessively anxious over the issue.
My purpose in sending this letter is to request that you replace my damaged blender with a new one, since this blender comes with a three-year guarantee. Additionally, I want you to serve a show-cause notice on your salesman for her impolite behavior toward me.
I expect speedy settlement from your side.
Yours faithfully,
Sukhveer Singh
