I am writing to express my disappointment regarding a recent experience I had with your train service.
Last week, I purchased two train tickets online for a journey from Tashkent to Samarkand, scheduled for July 27th. I received the confirmation email, and the tickets clearly showed the date and time of departure. However, when I arrived at the station on the day of travel, I was informed that the tickets were invalid due to a “system error.” Despite showing proof of purchase, I was not allowed to board the train.
What made the situation even more frustrating was the unhelpful and rude attitude of your station staff. Instead of trying to resolve the issue or offer an alternative solution, they simply told me it was not their problem and refused to assist further. This lack of professionalism was both disappointing and unacceptable.
I would like your company to investigate this issue and refund the cost of the tickets. In addition, I strongly recommend that your staff receive proper training in customer service to ensure that future travelers are treated with respect and understanding.
