Dear Google,

I am writing this letter to express my dissatisfaction on the recent purchase of the pixel 8 pro.

Last month, on 14th October, A pixel launch event was organized in my city of Vancouver. The phone seemed promising which led me to purchase one for myself on the spot. The Pixel 8 pro, works beautiful for initial few weeks, and then I started encountering bugs and problems. Because, I work in Tech industry, I have a lot to work on my phone. as a result, not only the phone get extremely hot (to the point of burning the hand) but also, it starts to lag on my basic task like a videocall on WhatsApp. This is disappointing from a newly released smart phone. Additionally, the Screen flickers on low brightness and the color shifts at peak brightness makes it harder to look at the phone.

It would be appreciated if it can be resolved in an update or to get a replacement device. Otherwise, unfortunately, I have to return it and buy a new phone from other manufacturer. I am looking forward to hear from you
