Dear Manager,

I have recently heard that there is a opening for a part-time job in your restaurant so i am writing this letter to apply for this job.

My name is Manvir Singh, i have recently moved to Toronto from Calgary to pursue my Bachelor’s degree and i was looking for a part time job so i came through your advertisement. Back in Calgary i used to work ar similar work environment, in an Indian restaurant, so it would not take much time for me to understand the job responsibilities at your restaurant. Even my studies are related to the same field that is the Bachelor’s degree of Hotel management which would boost my working capabilities at your work place. As i am a student so i will not be able to work full time rather i can work on Monday, Tuesday, Friday and Saturday any time of the day.
