Hi [Friend’s Name],

It was so nice to get your letter! I’m writing back because you asked me for some advice about choosing between getting a job or going to university, so I’ll try my best to help you decide. Personally, I think getting a job would be the best decision for you.

Firstly, as I know from our senior high school days, you’re not really into studying and you prefer gaining real-life experience. Because of that, going to university might not be the best option for you. Besides, these days many companies are looking for candidates with strong work experience rather than just academic qualifications. If you start working now, you’ll be able to build valuable experience, grow your network, and of course earn your own money.

Since you’re very friendly and get along easily with others, I think you’d do really well in the hospitality field or in marketing, as your communication skills are great. Both areas would give you the chance to meet lots of people and use your strengths effectively.

I hope my advice helps you make your decision. Whatever you choose, I’m sure you’ll do amazing!
