I hope you are having wonderful time on your vacation. I just to let you know about something unexpected that happened while I was staying at your home. I accidentally broke your vase,and I really feel truly sorry, awful for this.

It happened when I was dusting the shelf near the window – I moved too quickly, and my elbow knocked the vase over. I tried to catch it, but it fell and shattered before I could react. I know it meant a lot to you, and I’m really sorry for being careless.

Please let me know how much it cost or if you’d prefer that I replace it with a similar one. I’d be more than happy to cover the cost or find a replacement that you like.

Again, I’m very sorry for the accident. I hope you can forgive me.
