Dear Sir or Mrs,

I am writing to you regarding my lost bag which contains a gadget during my accommodation at your hotel.

I stayed three nights at your hotel from 9 to 12 February in room number 1265 which is in the second floor.

Most probably I left my bag in the reception after I checked out. It is a black leather luggage and the device itself is grey and it has a relatively large screen with few cracks at the left corner. Also, there is a sticker on its side and it is manufactured by Apple. In the bag you may find my keys, personal watch and some pencils.

I would really appreciate if the staff could find it for me. I suggest that you might deliver it to me through mail because I may not be able to travel to take it myself as I have a cold flu.
