I am writing to help me to retrieve my document which I left in your hotel before ba week ago.

It is an important document for my business because last week we have signed a new proposal to the client. part of proof of deal. Next week I have to submit it in client meeting.

I think that the file might be inside the cupboard, you can see at immediate right to enterance of the bedroom. The document was inside a black color file with golden border also the logo. of our company also printed on the cover page with the name of our business

I would request you to return the document which I left within this week because have to verify the deal. So kindly post it to my company’s address which I mention below last page of theat file and in the back side of the Cover
