Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing to provide good feedback regarding the theatre I recently visited.
Although everything was impressive, I encountered several issues that caused falling. As I entered the room theatre and started looking for my seat, I slipped due to liquid spoiled on the floor. I lost my balance and started to fall down. I barely managed myself because my ankle severely hurt.
Fortunately, there was one of your staff members there who helped me get up and took me to a room and immediately gave me first aid. He took a bucket of ice to compress my ankle to cure the paint. It worked out. Before, I could not barely walk, but after having my ankle iced, I could walk.
To prevent this issue from happening in the future, it might be worth considering to set up carpet on the floor so that spoiled water cannot make the floor slippery. On top of that, it is also advisable to put a sign, which allows visitors to know that the floor is wet.
Overall, I was satisfied with the theatre and one of your staff members who gave me immediate actions. I hope this feedback will be helpful for your success.
Yours faithfully,
Reza
