Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing to complain about a problem that I am having with my neighbour, Mr Smith and his family, recently. They have been playing loud video games at night since about one month ago, who happens to have rented their flat from your agency.

I would like to announce my dissatisfaction with their disrespectful behaviour because it is interferring with my sleep schedule and work as well. I cannot have enough sleep and i feel really tired during my working hours at the office, which I find it very difficult to deal with. In addition, my son, Joe, is having trouble with his sleep schedule and is facing difficulties with lack of concentration at school.

I would like you to warn them about their actions and make sure they never do that again. Please inform them about our dissatisfaction.
