Dear Mike

I hope you are well and that you had a fantastic time on your birthday party.

I am so sorry that I was not there to celebrate with you, and for not letting you know beforehand that I would not be able to come I have not extra time to notify you until now. Now want to explain the situation.

To be honest, It was not my intention to cause any inconvenience. Letʼs explain the reason. First of all, I wanted to come to your birthday, but I got busy with work. That day, my boss invited me to a company meeting. If I went to your birthday that day, my boss was planning to let me go. Therefore I did not attend your celebration. Please accept my heartfelt apologies for not being able to come your event.

To recitify the my mistaken, I am planning to visit your home alone and spend many times play a lot of games with you.

Once again, I apologize for any inconvenience that I not come your feast and I would appreciate your understanding for that master.
