Dear Sunshine for the Elderly coordinator,

My name is Maria Herran, I saw the advertisement for the volunteer position at Sunshine for the Elderly and, I would like to apply for the role.

I would love to be able to volunteer for the organization because some of my friends have volunteer before and they all have told me how great it is, and the real care you provide for the elderly. I also think it is amazing that you help elderly people with technology, because those are skills we all need.

I’ve been working as a support worker for 2 years and I’m also studying IT, so I think my convined skills can be very helpful for your project. I’m available to volunteer every Tuesday and Thursday all day, or Monday, Wednesday and Friday after 2pm.
