Overall, the map featuring the plans for Bunborough has largely a greater amount of infrastructures than the one in the present. Various efforts are to be made in the future, resulting in significant transformations.

At the actual time, the village seems more rural and less busy than in the future. The number of habitants is much inferior, due to the low number of constructions found in the area However, shops are decently present. As well as a fishing port, suggesting human activities, which is connected to a beach.

In contrast, the future plans proposed offer the village a more urban style. Hotels can be found not only by the zone that used to be a beach, but also near the old shops. A train railways should be installed, allowing the connection between Bunborough and other cities. The fishing port turns to a promenade place, aimed for tourists.
