Dear sir,

I am writing this letter to request you that I need reduction in my working schedule so that I can parallel focus on my enrolled studies.

Let me explain in more details, as a migrator carrying two different task during struggle phase while one way is leading towards skills enhancement and other leads towards financial as well as social support. Thus, I would like to focus on my studies along with hassle free work schedule. There is a time clash between my classes and my shift hours, due to which I unable to focus on my studies for which I had spent a lot.

It will be a great pleasure to have such work time which will not become a barrier for other necessary task of my course. I would like to work during weekends and one day from weekdays however these days are in demand at our work place with which I can assist team members and can focus on my studies in rest of the time.

Moreover, the study I enrolled is the pathway towards my profession. The more I study hard, it will aid my career in enhancing business knowledge which could lead me towards better position at our job site.
