Dear Mr Adam,

I am writing this letter to you because I want reduce working hours. I need reduce the number of hours because I have been studying part time. I study at Nazarbaev University, and I will be happy if you agree. I am studying to be an engineer.

I would like work in morning when I do not have lessons, I study after lunch. Moreover, if you considered my request I try to work harder and develop my skills at university. If you accept my request, I will come at work in 8am.

My part-time studies can upgrade my skills at work. Furthermore, I study to engineer. I develop my skills in engineering project. I learn new app to engineering bigger projects. When I take diploma you can upgrade me to main engineer. Could you accept my request please?
