Dear Mr. Mark,

I hope that this letter finds you well. I am writing this letter to ask for reducing my working hours through the next year; as a result, I will be able to finish my high studies.

First of all, nowadays, I am working full-time, and I want to decrease my working hours to apply for the master degree. If I apply for high studies, I will need more time to study.

Secondly, although I have always worked from 6AM to 6PM, I want to work in the evenings from 6PM to 12AM because this will allow me to attend lectures in the mornings. Moreover, I will have more time after the lectures to study them.

Lastly, acquiring this degree will definetly offer more experience and knowledge in my current job.
