Dear Sir,
I am writing this letter to put forward my request for a two-hour reduction in my working time for a part-time course.
At the onset, I require this reduction of time because I want to join a two-month crash course on AI technology which can foster my technical skill. This course will be conducted at Richmond Institute on every Tuesday and Friday for the next two months.
However, I seek your permission to leave the office early by 2 hours on above mentioned days so that I can attend my classes without any disruption. Hence, I would be available from 09 to 03 PM without taking a lunch break to mend the shortage of time.
Lastly, I am confident that this flexible study will be an asset for our company to present an AI-assistive customer approach and analysis for trading. Besides, I can share this knowledge with other employees which can be both cost-effective and time-saving to ensure our company’s enhanced services.
I hope you will permit me a reduction in working hours at the earliest.
Yours faithfully,
Jacob Brown
