I am writing to inform you about me and my family are coming to spend our quality of time for a weekend ar a seaside hotel.

the main concern is having good time on weekends. for instance, the time when we will be arriving there which is 24th april on saturday morning at 8:30 am. And we will be going to leave your hotel on sunday night 8:30 pm. This has resulted for days stay in your hotel.

I would appreciate it if you could suggest me with the type of rooms which can fix in my choice. Furthermore, In my family there is 4 people, me, my wife, my daughter and my son. And also my son and daughter who are 5 and 7 year’s old. So i would prefer to have atleast big room where we all can stay in one room. I trust you this matter will be taken as my first priority. Secondly, I would like to ask you about the cost for family package in weekends. in details, we will get to know about how much money we must carry during my weekend trip.

I will be really thanking you if you mention about the hotel. in Addition, as you know i have two children who are also coming with us. that’s why i want to know about the activities in we can participate and interesting places where my childrens would like to see that views.
