Dear Sir,

I am writing to request about making arrangements at your esteemed seaside hotel.

I am Raman Sharma from Ludhiana. I would like to express my keen interest in your Hotel ‘Tourist Plaza’ in Goa, because I heard about your facilities, good environment and sea view. Therefore, I would like to spend a weekend at your hotel. I am expecting to visit here on 2nd October and checking out on 10th October.

I would be very grateful to you if you could provide us two bedrooms with attached balcony, which provides serene seaview. Besides this, bed sheets should be washed properly. Additionally, I would like to know about the charges of a weekend, as I am staying here with my family for a whole week. Along with that, I want to know about ongoing activities which are provided by your hotel, like games for families, and what kind of places are popular near hotel, as we want to explore nearby places.

I would be most grateful if you reply at your earliest convenience, so that I will be able to make arrangements for my family trip.
