In 1980, Youngsville included a hospital near the top left, River Alanach running horizontally, a school, an airport in the bottom left corner, a residential area with six houses, woodland in the bottom left, and a railway station along the right edge. By 2005, additional features were added: a park replaced some woodland near the hospital, a new stadium above the river, a marina to the lower right of the railway station, a warehouse adjacent to the previous school location, a parking area north of the marina, factories south of the airport, and skyscrapers replaced the previously residential area.
