Overall,it is clear that the bricks-making process is a multi-step industrial operation that consists of seven distinct phases,beginning with the claying with digger the bricks and concluding with the delivery of the final product.
To begin with,bricks claying from the earth following the roller.This earth then undergoes the process of metal gird and rollering.The rollered bricks then included sand and water,after passing through the mould,the clay is cut into bricks by wire cutters.The cutted product is then places into drying oven for 24 or 48 hours where hardens is made,before being clarified to cooling champer.
After entering the machine cooling champer,the bricks are then fired at different temperatures before being left to harden for a further 48-72 hours.Next they solidifies they were packaging.Finally after over all the process they would delivery.
